We’re taking a break…

I started this project 4 years ago as a way to spend more time doing things I'm passionate about, and to help others learn the skills to pursue something they're passionate about. I feel like too many of us are stuck in situations or jobs, doing things we don't really enjoy, out of necessity. I strongly believe in finding what you love doing, and working towards making a living from whatever that is, or at least incorporating more of those things into your life, even just as hobbies.

It's been such a fun and rewarding experience trying to achieve that for myself, and also helping others develop new skills and seeing the joy it can bring. We've worked with over 150 students in the last few years and run hundreds of lessons, which while it may seem small to some, is pretty amazing to me how it's grown from nothing. It just goes to show what you can achieve when you do things you love, and work on them every day.

My goal from the start was to create online DJ courses, so I can provide more value to more people. However, with working full-time, running DJ lessons in the evenings and on weekends, and the never-ending admin of life, it simply hasn't been possible to get the courses done. It's actually crazy how quick 4 years has flown by.

Something has to give, so I've decided to take a break from running lessons to focus on developing our online courses. All previously purchased and booked sessions will run as normal, we just won't be taking any new bookings for a while. If you've got something urgent like preparing for your first gig, get in touch and we'll sort something out. But otherwise, I'll be prioritising working on the courses.
